About the Project
The Brochure 2: Let Him In** is an independent short film exploring the power of faith, conscience, and moral choice.
Like the first film The Brochure, this project is a spiritual drama that does not represent or promote any specific religious denomination.
Its message speaks universally about the human spirit, inner struggle, and redemption.
This second chapter continues the story of The Brochure, my previous award-winning short film selected at several international festivals.
Through this new film, I aim to inspire reflection, hope, and compassion through cinema.
We’ve made a new production decision!
Part of the filming for The Brochure 2: Let Him In will take place in Cluj.
The city has exactly the atmosphere and visual tone we need for this story.

Synopsis — *The Brochure 2: Let Him In*

When Cristela, a young woman of deep faith, offers a simple spiritual brochure to her friends Alex and David, she has no idea how powerful that gesture will become.
David, seemingly indifferent and distracted, gradually begins to feel an inner calling.
Meanwhile, Alex rejects the messages — even the brochure itself — unaware that it may be his last chance.
After a night out and a series of mysterious events, David is shaken and turns back to God.
But when he tries to reach out to Alex…
It becomes a painful warning about the consequences of ignoring God's call.
The film ends with a piercing question to the viewer:
“When God knocks at the door of your heart… will you let Him in?”
Who We Are
My name is Matei Daniel, an independent filmmaker from Romania.
I direct and produce films that explore deep human themes — faith, forgiveness, conscience — using minimal resources but maximum passion.
Many of our collaborators are young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, including orphans or children living in difficult circumstances.
By involving them in filmmaking, we give them purpose, hope, and dignity.
